In this concept I focused on making works of expression and surrealism and experimented with different media to depict the interesting textural qualities of rooftops, such as the moss and limescale that form as they get older, their repetitive pattern, a layered composition, all aspects that I felt needed to be explored using the more dynamic approaches of mediums through layering.
